SOY MILK
Soy milk is something that is very common among Asian especially Chinese or Japanese since thousands of years back. It is the substitute for cow’s🐮 milk for the Asian, especially East Asian. Soy milk contains rich source of plant protein, very minimal content of fat and also rich in Isoflavone. Mind you, I’m talking about home made fresh soy milk. Most of the packaged soy milk contains too much of sugar content and is fortified with all kinds of minerals not naturally found in the beverage or to replenish those lost in the middle of processing.
Some may worry on excessive consumption of isoflavone, the phytoestrogen naturally found in Soy milk may cause certain side effects similar to estrogen. Don’t worry; it will definitely not change you from a masculine man to a sissy guy. Many studies have supported that, regular intake of Soy milk (1 glass per day) does not increase any risk of estrogen related cancers.
